The Grand Opera House is proud to be one of Belfast's most recognisable landmarks but there's more to discover just a short distance from the venue. From food and drinks, to botanical gardens and museums, you'll never be bored on a day out in Belfast.

The Theatre is located beside a number of world-class hotels, including the famous Europa Hotel located just next door.

Take a Tour

Soak up the history of this fascinating city, start with a Grand Opera House Theatre tour and then sample one of Belfast's many historical walking tours which take place along Great Victoria Street.

Wander through the Gardens

Belfast's botanical gardens are just a short distance from the Theatre. Established in 1828 by the Belfast Botanic and Horticultural Society, the gardens are home to the Palm House and the Tropical Ravine.
